“Do not let the behavior of others destroy your inner peace.” — Dalai Lama

Ever since the so called COVID-19 which is declared pandemic by WHO , life has not been the same at least for all the young and older generation and obviously the children and youth that are anxious because of the influence of the society and family members hence peace of mind has gone for a toss.

Various factors has affected Individual & families mental health which went on for the course of several months ,mostly all are more careful, concerned and very particular unlike before everything was taken for granted, hygiene has become an awareness tool now however before (PC) Pre-COVID-19 era washing hands was promoted socially all throughout but like we all know now its a compulsion , just like mask has become mandatory and social distancing is a new normal as no one actually feels offended at all.

Mental health is become NO1 priority as anxiety has kind of creeped up in every nook and corner, somehow the already existing challenging life which one lived optimistically and self belief has suddenly challenged all possibility of reliving, rebooting and re-channelising self to a better prospect.

For Business revival, suddenly everyone has started to think differently. Infact wants to think out of the box and eventually are in a hurry and want to be the first and try to make maximum yield out of whatever they do which obviously in the current situation is very positive. However it also takes a lot of stress and push to make things happen and as everyone is trying to copy each others ideas.Whatever yield one starts getting, then they realise that a massive competitive situation has already steamed-up for eg varieties of mask, sanitisers, digital payment options which does not have human touch,bar-code menu and many more has already arrived in the market.

While one has to cope with both personal and professional change i.e with work or without work, alternative way forward is the new normal.Sadly people who have lost jobs are taking up any random jobs to pass by the difficult phase in life, either by changing industry which they loved and passionately worked onward and upward or have taken a huge pay cut, just to keep moving forward hoping things will change as acceptance will grow throughout the society with the new normal norms and may be vaccine can end this pandemic that may change the way life is looked at during these challenging times.

While everyone is fighting there own battle here are 5 points which will help elevate you to move forward and stronger.

1)Acceptance- We first have to accept our current situation, that will help us work on alternate solution and come up with optimistic ideas and philosophy which will get us in positive frame of mind.

2)Exercise physically & mentally-Now is the right time to make a daily schedule to get back to your physical inabilities, to be rekindled and see what best can be achieved in the space where we are at to get our body generate a positive emotions and amygdala, spend at least 30 mins daily on exercise, yoga, mediation or whatever that makes you feel fresh and energetic.

3)Reading-Read Books, Blogs, Article or whatever it may be that enhance your knowledge, learn from others experiences and make your own judgement of whats right and wrong and eventually you may end up having some brilliant ideas that will alter your life.

4)Rest- Get enough rest that will encourage your body and soul to get back and rework on your challenges , challenge your mind that you need to rest. Keep your gadgets away to avoid being awake late night. Idea is to schedule yourself even when you do not have anything to do so that your mind keeps you motivated to do productive things, this will keep you engaged and help you to at least sleep 7hrs to 8hrs in 24hrs.

5)Quit addiction that’s harmful :- Now is the best time to Quit smoking, consuming alcohol , over eating or any habits that is physically and mentally disturbing you and pushing you to spend unreasonably during your difficult times. Start with one day, one week, 15 days, one month, 3 months , 6 months , 9 months to a one year rule which will train your mind eventually that quitting harmful habits was the best option and that keeps your heart, mind and soul intact.

Like they say Moving forward is the only option in Life , If life hits you harder you gotta get up and keep Moving forward.

Hope my article elevates you!
